Baptism
- Baptism is a key requirement to the biblical plan for salvation. Acts 2:38
- Baptism is a prerequisite that seals our adoption into God's Kingdom. Matthew 3:13-17 Acts 22:15-16 Galatians 3:27
- We baptize like the apostles did:
- Often & Freely Acts 8:36-38
- Full water immersion
- In the Highest Name--Jesus's name!
Salvation
- We are saved by grace and not our works Ephesians 2:8
Holiness
- God calls us to be like Him... Holy . 1 Peter 15:16
- Without the pursuit of holiness, access to God cannot be sustained. Hebrews 12:14 Romans 8:29
- We cannot achieve holiness on our own. God is our helper! 1 John 1:9 Phillipians 2:3 Galatians 5:22-24
Prayer
- Prayer is the vehicle that drives us close to God.
- Prayer is direct communication with the Lord
- Never stop praying. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
Grace
- If not for God's Grace, we'd be consumed ~ Lamentations 3:22-23
